Positive Pay
Positive Pay is a fraud prevention system that helps protect against forged, altered, and counterfeit checks. Upload a list of checks issued to CBGA’s website and we will verify all checks presented for payment. If checks do not match, there will be an opportunity for you to return the items in the exception list.
Remote Deposit Capture
Deposit checks directly from your desktop computer any time of the day! You never have to leave your office to make a check deposit again. If deposits are made before our cutoff time, funds will be credited to your account same day.
ACH Origination
No need to cut checks for payroll or to pay companies. Send Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments electronically through Cash Management.
eStatements
eStatements can be easily accessed through Online Banking. View, Print, and save your account statements online. This service is free to all Citizens Bank customers.
